Drawing from Chef/owner, Tyler Auton’s Arcadian ( cajun) roots and his extensive culinary training , Avenue Saint Charles serves the same authentic creole and cajun food, one will find in the great city of New Orleans. From using many ingredients such as dried red beans, po-boy bread and crawfish tails from Louisiana to using times honored techniques and recipes, we bring the flavor of the big easy to Oregon.
